You are such an inspiration to me, I really would love to work in the fashion industry when I'm older! I was just wondering - we're coming into winter here in NZ, what are some items I should definitely have for the season? Thankyou!xoxo
Well for me winter is all about outerwear! I love jackets, capes and coats. For this season, I would try a great cropped faux fur jacket or a wool peacoat, maybe even a chunky knit cape. For a more classic winter staple try a trench coat, either black or camel, and a tailored leather jacket - both are perfect for layering and make great transitional pieces for spring! xoRZ
I am going on a trip to Paris in March and I was just wondering what staple clothing items should I bring? Any suggestions on places to see? Thanks so much! xx I'll also add that you are my biggest inspiration at the moment as I am in college studying fashion merchandising and starting to figure out my place in the industry. Stay fabulous xx
Paris in March can be a bit unpredictable so definitely a great pair of jeans - I always love a wide leg, but a skinny silhouette is perfect to tuck into a pair of riding boots. You will find yourself walking everywhere, so flat boots are totally practical, though I would never discount a great wedge!
An afternoon in Paris, for me, usually includes lunch at L’Avenue on the Champs Élysées, a walk through the Tuileries, shopping at my favorite vintage store, Didier Ludot, and a late afternoon cocktail at the Hotel Coste.
Paris is my favorite city in the world - as many times as I’ve been, I can never seem to get enough of it!
